Harbor Town in Sea Pines, Spanish Wells, Wexford, Long Cove Club, Shelter Cove, Indigo Run, Palmetto Dunes N of hwy 278

Location of Palmetto Bay, Hilton Head, Broad Creek, and Shelter Cove Marinas

According to the Town of Hilton Head’s Broad Creek management plan, 54% of the Town’s uplands are part of the Broad Creek Watershed

Unique Natural Features 

Divides Hilton Head Island into 2 parts, one of which is geologically a barrier island and the other an older sea island which the barrier island has fused to (older parts are same age as the sediments which underlay St. Helena)
